Welcome to Pinfold vets. Here we aim to deliver a high quality Veterinary Service to you and your pet and hope you have an excellent experience with us. We abide by the principles of service, care, honesty and integrity.
We have modern equipment and facilities of which we are very proud. We would be happy to show you around; for you to see what we provide and where your pet(s) will be cared for.
We are always looking to improve our service and value your feedback.
Your ‘agreement’ with us:
We ask you to settle your account on each visit to us. All operations and hospitalisation fees must be paid for in full at collection. Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card or cheque.
Insurance claims must be paid in full, unless specific arrangements have been made at our discretion.
As a practice we hold specific data about you and your pet. We hold and process this data principally for the purpose of accurate recording your pet’s clinical records with us and for planning and financial administrative purposes. Clinical information about your pet (written, verbal and electronic) will only be divulged to a third party to aid treatment or improve the care of your pet and not without your prior knowledge or consent.
We may also use this information to contact you by mail, telephone, App or e-mail in regards to preventive treatment reminders, trading offers, health plans, competitions etc. Please inform a member of staff if you DO NOT want to be contacted in this manner.
On occasion we may ask permission to use photographs of your pet, /or details of interesting cases, for use on Social Media. In these instances, we will always gain your verbal consent and your personal details will not be divulged.

You can visit the majority of our website without revealing any personal information about yourself. However, there are times when we need to collect information so we can provide the services that you request. We may keep this information in a database.

Each time a user visits our website, web analytics software provided by a third party generates an anonymous analytics cookie.

How long do we keep your data?
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years. Generally, however, such personal data held on the practice management system will not be accessed after this time but is likely to be retained.
Copies of all data from completed forms with Jotform are held within a database in the EU
What are your rights?
You may have access to your personal data held at any time on request. If at any point you believe that the personal information we hold is incorrect, you can request to have it corrected or deleted. Under the GDPR rulings, we would inform our users within 72 hours if any breach of security occurs that might compromise your data.
